Sealer & Installation Recommendations

• Sealer: Not required due to the glossy ceramic surface. Optional grout sealer may be applied for added stain resistance and easier maintenance, especially in wet areas.
• Thinset: Premium latex-modified thin-set mortar recommended. Use an adhesive suitable for ceramic wall tile installations. Recommended brands include Mapei Keraflex, LATICRETE 1600, Schluter All-Set Modified or equivalent premium products.
• Grout: CG2 cementitious grout or RG resin grout recommended. Epoxy grout is recommended for showers, wet areas, and high-moisture installations due to improved stain resistance and easier maintenance. A 1/8" grout joint is recommended to accommodate the handmade-look variation and non-rectified edges.

Grout Spacer Size Options

• 1/16": May be used for a tighter, more seamless appearance only when installation conditions allow. Not preferred due to the tile’s fish scale shape, textured surface, V4 shade variation, and non-rectified edges.
• 1/8": Recommended grout joint size. Provides better alignment, accommodates tile variation, enhances the fish scale pattern, and is the preferred installation recommendation for this tile.
